The Interactive Voice Response (IVR) menu is a system designed to help callers connect to the correct department quickly. The system plays back pre-recorded instructions to the caller and the caller makes their selection through the telephone keypad.

This system supplies you with an Indial, then connects through to the pre-configured answer point for that keypad entry. Answer points can be fixed lines, or mobiles.

We allow International destinations as well at very competitive rates.

Mobile Calls: $0.325 per minute, $0.05 flagfall
